UPDATE ON VITAMIN D BLOG

Hello Every one, This is an update on Vitamin D.  It is confusing, I know.  This study reports that levels of 20 ng/ml are sufficient for all persons.  Both studies, there fore consider levels below 20 ng/ml as Vitamin D deficient.   The previous article/blog recommended optimal Vitamin D levels to be between 30-50 ng/ml.  Go figure! …
