We watch Michel Telo’s Ai Se Eu Te Pego on our television’s YouTube channel a lot. It is a happy and cheerful song and we dance with our 2 1/2 year and one year old daughter (she is still a bit lost!).
One time as we were watching the young crowd dance to this song, my wife said “I think the best time of our lives is between the ages of 17 and 25 years of age.”
I didn’t think about this statement for a while, but then it suddenly hit me…how true this statement is! For most of us, this a care-free time with little responsibility and the youthful energy to do things, which with time become difficult to do.
So if you are between the ages of 17 and 25 years of age, cherish this time. It will never return, and life will only become more difficult.
